Let’s start with what’s important, the food. The food is well balanced, and delicious. I was so full I didn’t need more but the food was so good I wanted to order more anyway. The hummus on its own was a star and that was before I got my mains. My only critique of the shawarma was that I would’ve liked more garlic sauce on the side. The waitstaff is friendly and prompt, the food came out quickly, and was well made. The atmosphere is homey, almost like you’re sitting in someone’s front room. It’s calm, peaceful, and great for conversations. My only ding against service is they asked if we wanted more pita but didn’t inform us there would be an extra dollar charge. It wasn’t a big deal, it’s just a dollar, but it would’ve been nice to be aware. The same when we asked for extra garlic sauce, and it was a dollar for not a super large container, 0.50 would’ve been a more appropriate price. Again, things aren’t a big deal and they didn’t overshadow the rest, but I think the extra charge should’ve at least been stated so we’d have been aware, the dollar amount isn’t much so it wasn’t a huge deal.

This is a very nice place. The atmosphere was nice and I like that on the third level it’s an area for parties and meetings. The food was amazing. The grapes leaves were good and pita sampler was amazing. I love that it’s seating outside as well. Definitely plan on going there in the future. I highly recommend this place.

First time visiting Syriana and our party of four had a very enjoyable dinner experience today! We like its home and cozy, and its unique ambience. We ordered Mezza sampler as our appetizer, Lamb ribs, Ultimate Grill platter, and Shawana platter for our entrees. Everything was delicious, in good portion size, and reasonably priced. Their lamb chops were on the point, very juicy, tender, and well seasoned!! The server was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely coming back. Highly recommended!!

They serve beautifully unique dishes, bold flavors, and a vibe that feels both upscale and adventurous. The service is friendly and knowledgeable, and every plate is a creative surprise. They have live music too. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for something out of the ordinary.

We went here for lunch on Saturday and there were still tables available. The food was amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect but this was great. Pitas and dips were outstanding. Chicken, lamb, and beef was fantastic. Falafel was so-so (maybe I'm a snob). Service was friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the unique vibe (old historic Ellicott City shop house with a Syrian twist). Will definitely be coming back!

We went for the breakfast with Santa event and I can’t say enough about how great our experience was. Santa was SO sweet to our son and spent a lot of time talking to him, even wrote him a note as a keepsake. It was so special and truly an unforgettable day. The food was so good too, I had a crepe with cinnamon and pecans which was delicious! We can’t wait to come back and continue to support this fantastic restaurant!!

Located in the middle of old ellicott shopping street , Outstanding Syrian food , one must go there if u like healthy Mediterranean food , hummus was too organic I felt the power of that food , but parking is a bit issue , had to do parallel parking(for lazy ppl) and there is free parking option in the beginning of that street , it’s an old house converted into a cafe restaurant

I loved coming here with my family! It was our first time ever eating at a Syrian restaurant. I love kebabs and shwarma and other Mediterranean food and their Syrian coffee is for better quality espresso than anything you find at chain coffee shops! Not only was the food delicious but the atmosphere was relaxing and the server was very friendly!
